Do you offer partial planning or day-of coordination?
We specialize in Full Planning & Design, and for the right fit, we also offer Partial Planning & Design services. This allows us to be fully invested in your vision from the start and ensure every detail feels cohesive, intentional, and flawlessly executed.
Please note, Vieira Events does not offer day of coordination.
Do you accept commission from vendors?
No. Our fee is percentage-based, but we do not accept commission or kickbacks from any outside vendors. Transparency and trust are at the heart of how we work. By declining vendor payments, we ensure our recommendations are always made with your best interests in mind—not influenced by outside incentives. This way, you can feel confident that every decision supports your vision, priorities, and budget.
Where are you based? Do you work outside of Washington, DC?
Yes! While we’re based in Washington, DC, we love creating events across the U.S. and internationally. From local celebrations to destination weddings abroad, we bring the same care, creativity, and attention to detail to every event, wherever it takes place.
How many weddings do you take on each year?
We intentionally limit the number of weddings we accept so each couple receives our full attention. This allows us to provide a highly personalized experience and ensure your celebration feels effortless and uniquely yours.
When should we book?
Most couples book 12–18 months in advance. Because we take on a limited number of weddings each season, we encourage reaching out as soon as you’re ready to begin planning—ideally before securing your venue. This allows us to guide you toward the best-fit location for your vision, budget, and guest experience, setting the foundation for a seamless planning process.
