Behind the Brand
Whether a chic art gallery wedding in Washington, DC or a tented celebration for 300 at a private estate on the Eastern Shore, Julie is the calm, creative force behind every unforgettable event.
Raised in the DC area and a graduate of Cornell University, Julie brings over 15 years of experience in wedding planning, event production, and project management. With an artist and color theory professor for a mother, her passion for design began early, blending creativity with flawless execution. Fueled by a love of food, design, and storytelling, she creates celebrations that marry timeless elegance with contemporary, art-driven style—events that feel layered, intentional, and deeply personal.
Renowned by clients and industry professionals alike for her calm confidence, meticulous attention to detail, and resourcefulness under pressure, Julie combines imaginative creativity with disciplined organization. This balance allows her to transform visions into seamless, luxury wedding experiences across Washington, DC and the East Coast.
When not designing weddings, Julie enjoys life with her young daughter and husband, hiking in Shenandoah or Rock Creek, cooking with a glass of GSM in hand, or renovating her 1950s mid-century modern home.
