What services do you offer?

Vieira Events offers full planning and design services only, assisting clients from start to finish with their wedding and event plans. Our goal is to allow you to be as involved as you like, while making not only your wedding day relaxing for you and your entire family, but the full planning process enjoyable and memorable.

Please note, Vieira Events does not offer scaled back services such as day of coordination or partial planning.

What are your rates?

Vieira Events focuses on creating completely bespoke experiences for clients and as such, we take on a limited number of clients a year. As each event is different, we customize our service offerings based on each clients' specific needs. Vieira Events planning services are best suited for those looking to invest $1,000 per person and above on the wedding or event.

Do you accept commission?

Vieira Events believes the key to a successful planning process and event is the client’s peace of mind, with trust and full transparency being foremost. Fostering vendor and client relationships is of the utmost importance to use. We do not accept commission and decline payments from vendors whenever offered. This is a standard practice that sets Vieira Events apart from many others in the industry. We want our clients to trust in the recommendations we are making and feel empowered to make the best decisions for their event.

How many weddings do you take on?

Vieira Events is a boutique planning firm that strives to give all clients an incredible experience. Because of this, we take on a limited number of events each year. Our goal is to give each client the most personalized and enjoyable experience possible.
