The following pages outline the personalized services we’ve designed to bring your vision to life, along with a detailed quote.

We’ve curated a custom Partial Planning & Design services package to provide expert support throughout your planning process, help to refine your vendor roster, and shape your dream day. We act as your trusted consultant, helping to curate and weave together the design elements of your event into a cohesive, elevated experience—all while allowing you to manage the day-to-day details at your own pace.

  • Partial event design & development:
    - Initial mood & color boards
    - Concept design for ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception

    - Assistance with design direction & recommendations for save the dates & invitations (day of paper goods are considered part of event day design)
    - Selection & sourcing of rentals & decor
    - Strategic in person meetings: 1)on-site consultation kick-off, 2)design momentum meeting, 3) tasting & table mock-up & 4) vendor walk through meeting
    - Customized check-list developed to keep you on track with strategic monthly check-ins

  • Initial budget review

  • Curated custom recommended vendor list in accordance with budget & style

    - Assistance with selection and procurement of design related vendors (such as florist, rentals, linens, drape)

  • Julie is your lead planner and your consistent point of contact: you will never be passed off to someone else after booking. We’re with you from start to finish. We guide the big decisions, manage the logistics, and shape the design so it reflects who you are. Whether you want to be hands-on in every detail or prefer to step back and trust us to lead, we tailor our process to match your comfort level.

  • We don’t believe in cookie-cutter weddings. While we have strong relationships with trusted and talented vendor partners, every couple is unique. We’ll recommend the right partners based on your vision, priorities, and budget rather than limiting you to a preset list. We will work with new-to-us vendors; however, we will ask to connect with and vet them prior to committing to collaborate.

  • We intentionally limit the number of weddings we accept each season. This ensures that every couple receives the attention, creativity, and care they deserve, and that Julie is fully present for every event we plan.

  • We see your budget as a tool to create the best possible experience for you and your guests; maximizing budget to help you hone in on your priorities. For our full planning and design services, we work on a percentage-based fee structure. Throughout the process, we schedule three budget reviews where you’ll receive clear updates on both your wedding budget and our corresponding fee. This way, you always know where things stand—no surprises, just transparency and guidance on where to invest for the most impact.

  • Trust and transparency are at the heart of how we work. We do not accept commission and decline payments from vendors whenever offered. This practice ensures that every recommendation we make is in your best interest, not influenced by outside incentives. Our goal is for you to feel confident in your choices and supported by genuine partnerships with both us and your vendor team.

  • Every wedding is unique, but most of our couples plan for a bare minimum investment of $1,000 per guest with costs increasing significantly for tented or private estate events. This allows us to create the kind of thoughtful, guest-centered, and highly personalized experiences our clients value.
