Scandi-fornian, a term we coined for this al fresco fête—captured the effortless blend of minimalist, Nordic-inspired design with laid-back California charm. Set in a wild, growing garden and grounded in texture, the evening featured cascading fresh fruit, flickering candlelight, and seasonal, farm-to-table fare served under a canopy of bistro lights. The mood was intimate, natural, and utterly transportive.

Personal touches made the night even more memorable: handwritten love notes doubled as escort cards, a sweet nod to the couple’s law school days spent passing notes. The reception carried that same intimate, energy forward, inviting guests to reflect and connect with a dinner party that unfolded slowly and intentionally, with conversation lingering long after sun set.
